Kiev Shipping Ltd does not own vessels. We work as experienced shipbrokers and charter suitable tonnage through the international freight market according to cargo, quantity, route, laycan, port restrictions and current market conditions.
Commercial Charter-Party Support May Include
Depending on the fixture and the scope agreed with the client:

- charter-party form selection and incorporation
- main terms and rider-clause coordination
- freight, deadfreight and payment terms
- laytime, demurrage and despatch provisions

GENCON
For general, breakbulk and other suitable cargo fixtures, GENCON 2022, GENCON 1994 or another charter-party form agreed between the parties may be used, depending on the cargo, vessel, route and fixture requirements.
SYNACOMEX 2000
For grain cargoes, SYNACOMEX 2000 may be used as a contractual basis for voyage chartering, depending on cargo, route, vessel and agreement between the parties.
Our Role as Shipbrokers
As shipbrokers, we coordinate commercial fixture terms and communication between the parties. Our involvement and authority are limited to the scope agreed for each fixture.
